University of Kashan

The University of Kashan, established in 1974, is one of Iran’s leading public universities, located near the historical city of Kashan in Isfahan Province, at the foothills of the Karkas Mountains. Since its foundation, the university has evolved from a small academic institution into a comprehensive center for education and research, contributing to the nation’s scientific and cultural advancement.

Today, the University of Kashan comprises several faculties and research institutes offering undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs across a wide range of disciplines, including Engineering, Basic Sciences, Humanities, Art and Architecture, and Natural Resources.

With its highly qualified academic staff, modern laboratories, research centers, and innovation hubs, the university plays a significant role in fostering scientific research and technological development both regionally and nationally.

Currently, the University of Kashan hosts over 10,000 students and around 400 faculty members, engaging actively in academic collaborations and scientific publications. The institution is consistently ranked among the top Iranian universities in both education and research indicators.
